Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to secure all appointments. It is non-refundable, non-transferable, and will be applied toward the final invoice. If the deposit is not received at the time of booking, the appointment slot will be released. Home services are subject to artist availability and include an additional fee. Services outside the metro area require a minimum number of clients, and additional travel fees may apply. Parking and toll costs will be added to the final invoice. No guests are allowed during studio appointments, and children are not permitted under any circumstances. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the appointment in a single payment. Accepted payment methods include cash, ATH Móvil, and credit card; a 3.5% convenience fee applies to all credit card payments. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, you must notify us before leaving so adjustments can be made; no claims will be accepted afterward. If the assigned artist is unable to attend, you will be rescheduled with another available professional, or the full deposit will be refunded if no replacement is available. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; late arrivals may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. For group services, a late fee will apply if delays impact the scheduled timing. Phone use is limited during services. Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Respectful behavior toward staff and clients is expected, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply.
